Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, we do! Simply select pickup at a shipping option in the checkout. Your order will be ready the next business day.

We understand that we all have different schedules so you may pickup your order any day and any time once it’s ready. Please wait for your pickup confirmation email.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders that have not been picked up within 30 days after the order has been fulfilled.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, Crafty Corner Supplies prides itself in only offering good surprises. All website prices are in Canadian funds. No hidden fees or additional costs. No surprises at the check out.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are made directly and securely through our website. For your shopping convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and etransfer.

We want to make shopping for craft supplies quick and easy so you can focus on your crafting! With Crafty Corner Supplies, there is no need to wait for an invoice to be sent to you, comment on our social media accounts or send us an email that you have paid.

How do you ship?

We are proud to offer flat rate shipping within Canada and the United States. Depending on the delivery address, all orders within Canada are shipped by courier.

All orders are packed with care to ensure it arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track it's progress at your convenience. Click here for our complete shipping policy. 

Do you ship outside of Canada and the US?

Yes we do! Please email us at sales@craftycornersupplies.com to get a personalized shipping quote before you place your order.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, our courier service does not currently ship to P.O. boxes. If we could, we would!

May I use my own shipping label?

Absolutely! If you have your own shipping account, or would like to ship your order COD, please enter the code LABEL in the checkout to have the shipping cost removed from your invoice.

Simply email your shipping account information to sales@craftycornersupplies.com and put your order number in the subject line.

Whether you use our label or supply your own, the same shipping policies and turnaround time applies.

When will my order ship?

We know crafting can't wait, so we strive to ship every order the next business day. All orders placed by 4pm EST, will be carefully packed that night and picked up by courier the next business day. Shipping made easy.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account any time to check order status and tracking. 

We know that crafting can’t wait so all orders are shipped by courier. Most shipments delivered within Ontario are received the next business day!

May I modify my shipping address after my order is submitted?

We are crafty, but we are not psychic! We ship your order to the shipping address provided when you place your order. 

We are not responsible for delivery errors or lost shipments if the shipping address you provided in your order is incorrect or incomplete.

If you live in a condo or apartment building, please provide an entry or buzzer code to ensure that the courier driver is able to gain entry to your building and safely deliver your order.

Please notify us immediately if you need to make changes to your delivery address and we will try our best to assist you.

However, once your order has shipped and the tracking number has been assigned, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If you made an error in your shipping address and an address correction is required, then you will be billed for any applicable charges. These additional shipping charges will need to be paid in full before your order is released.

Can I cancel, modify or combine my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you cannot cancel, modify it or combine it with other orders. 

How can I track my order?

We know that crafting can't wait, so we only ship by courier. 

We have pre-scheduled daily courier pickups and always ship your order the next business day.

To track your order, simply click the link in your shipping confirmation email or enter your tracking number here.

Unfortunately, sometimes delays happen especially during high volume periods like the Christmas holidays or inclement weather.

We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays that may occur and are due to courier service disruptions. Please check their website for updates on their current service standards.

What shipping address should I use?

We send our orders the next (and sometimes even the same) business day because we know #crafting can't wait. Please choose a delivery address that is safe and convenient to you.

Is your boss cool with you receiving your crafty supplies at work? If so, please choose your work address as your shipping address. Shipping to a business address is actually less expensive. When we save money, you save money down the line. Hey, you never know…your co-workers may turn into new customers and refer you to even more new customers. It's WIN-WIN!

Oops! I wasn't home when the courier tried to deliver my happy mail. Now what?

Our friendly courier driver may not leave your parcel on your doorstep if you are not home even if he has done this for previous shipments. After all, he wants to keep your orders safe too!

You will receive a tag on your door with instructions about how and when to pickup your order or when it will be redelivered. 

Please ensure you are home for the delivery re-attempt or someone is able to accept your order on your behalf.

Unfortunately, after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, a service fee of $15 will apply. This surcharge will be billed to you and must be paid before your order is released to you.This is a fee imposed by our courier. After all, it takes time and effort to try to attempt to deliver your packages more than once. We don't like it. I know you don't like it. 

Check your email for detailed shipment notifications. Your tracking number can be used to find out when your order is out for delivery. How easy is that?

My order is lost or stolen. What do I do?

Porch pirates are out there, so be safe and protect your order.

To do our part, we always keep you in the loop!

Please check your inbox and junk folders to ensure that you are kept up-to-date on the status of your shipment.

We send notifications to the email address provided when you place your order and every step of the way to make it easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Order confirmation - to let you know that we are getting your order ready to ship. Time to do a happy dance!
  2. Shipping confirmation - to let you know that your order has shipped. This will contain your tracking number. Let the package stalking begin!
  3. Delivery notification - to let you know that your order has been delivered. It's time to get crafty!

Unfortunately, once your order is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen shipments. Karma will get the porch pirates. Rest assured, it will catch up to them.

I forgot to use my promo code. Can you apply it to my order?

Don't worry, we all get a case of crafting brain! Although we cannot apply your promo code to an order that has already been placed, you can use it for any future order. Promo codes issued by Crafty Corner Supplies do not have an expiry date. Let the crafting continue!

My order is incorrect or damaged. What do I do?

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after receiving it. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please email us at sales@craftycornersupplies.com within 7 days of receiving it so we can evaluate the issue and try to resolve it. We will not replace items that have already been personalized. Click here for our complete refund policy.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

The product descriptions listed on our website are as complete and accurate as possible. We do not accept exchanges. Refunds will be made on a case by case basis in exceptional circumstances only. Click here for our complete refund policy.

The item I am looking for is sold out. Do you offer buy ins?

Crafty Corner supplies only sells ready to ship products. We do not offer buy ins. If the item you wish to purchase is sold out, you will not be able to preorder it or pay for it in advance.
